Some days it feels like your body’s running the show—and you’re just along for the ride. Maybe you’ve just been hit with a new diagnosis and your head is spinning with medical terms and Google rabbit holes.
Or you’ve been living with this for years and you’re tired of pretending you’re “fine” when you’re really burnt-out, frustrated, or grieving the version of life you thought you’d have.
Work, relationships, and even daily routines can feel like a tightrope.
Picture enjoying your life again.
Not just dragging yourself through the day, but moving through it with more ease—and actually making space for a self-care moment, like cozying up with your favorite movie series and cocoa with a friend.
Feeling love for yourself—even when you’re in sweatpants, and the laundry pile is looking like Everest.
You’re finally able to let go of the “what ifs” and focus on the little things you can control, because you deserve moments where life doesn’t feel heavy.
Why me?
My mission is to help people love their lives again—even when chronic illness has tried to steal that joy.
I’ve spent years walking alongside people at every stage, from the shock of a new diagnosis to the exhaustion of long-term management and end-of-life care.
My goal is to help you release the constant fear and grief and find peace in what you can control.
This isn’t just about coping—it’s about creating your new life forward, with more love and connection than you thought possible.
